Online Registration for 2020-2021 School Year

We are excited to launch our returning student online registration process for the 2020-2021 school year. You will receive an email message with the details on how to access the online registration form, your unique snapcode, and contact information for any technical troubleshooting needs you may have.  If you do not receive an email with your child’s snapcode information, please reach out to your child’s specific school to get that information.  The registration process needs to be completed for each child in your household for the upcoming school year.

As I am sure you are aware, it is very important for the registration process to be completed in a timely manner. The form includes fields for parents or guardians to indicate their preferred instructional delivery model and provide additional information we need to successfully open schools to students in September. The instructional delivery options are: 

  • Students in grades PK-5 attend school in-person Monday through Friday.
  • Students in grades 6-12 attend school at least 2 days per week in person and work remotely the remainder of the week.
  • Parents of all K-12 students may elect to have their child attend virtual school

Gathering this information as quickly as possible is necessary so division leaders are able to continue preparations for the new school year. We are asking all families to complete online registration no later than Friday, July 24th.

In an effort to continue effective and timely communication with families, we will be offering webinars on Friday, July 17th. Information on available times and how to access the webinars can be found below and on our website. These webinars are not intended to discuss the entire Return to Learn plan and will only focus on the virtual learning experience to help parents make informed decisions prior to registering their child for the upcoming school year. These webinars will include a presentation from division staff on virtual learning and provide an opportunity for questions to be asked using the electronic chat feature of Zoom. If you are not able to attend these webinars live, they will be recorded and made available on our website. If you have any questions please contact returntolearn@greenecountyschools.com. Note: If you are unable to access the online registration process due to internet access limitations, you may call one of our schools to schedule a time to come in and use a school-owned device to complete the process.
