The Amazon Fire 8 Kids Edition Tablet
Your child has brought home their assigned tablet.
What do you need to know?

The Amazon Fire 8 Kids Edition tablet is managed by Greene County Public Schools. The tablet is password protected. Only we can make changes to the settings on the device.
Tablets were set-up with your child’s safety as our number one priority.
The tablet has 4 profiles for children to use. Each profile is set to the appropriate age range for your kindergartener.
You will see a puppy, kitten, robot, and a unicorn. The puppy and robot have apps that are geared toward boys and the kitten and unicorn for girls. There are apps that will appear on all profiles. Your child can use whichever profile they choose.
