Welcome to Preschool!! My name is Linda Hawthorne. This is my 7th year teaching Pre-K and my 12th year at Nathanael Greene Primary. I grew up in Orange County, graduated from Longwood College with a Political Science degree, and acquired my teaching licensure from Mary Baldwin College. I live in Greene County with my husband, two sons and a variety of pets.
I am so excited to meet and get to know my new students!
I know this year will be filled with meaningful learning and fun.
My assistant is Lisa Merchant. She lives in Greene County with her daughter. Ms. Lisa has been working for Greene County Schools for 3 years and is excited about our upcoming years.
