The Employee Handbook explains applicable policies, procedures and benefits and serves as a reference guide for you in your employment with Greene County Public Schools. You should familiarize yourself with the policies and procedures contained in this handbook, as well as any additional updated policies or procedures that may be communicated to you. In order to remain current, the Handbook treats most topics briefly and provides references to the Greene County Public Schools Policy Manual and other sources of information. This Manual is updated as official policies change. The Policy Manual is the authority in case of a disparity between the Manual and the Employee Handbook.
It is important for you to be familiar with the information in this Handbook. Please review it carefully. If you need to refer to the Handbook in the future, remember that the most recent version will be available on the GCPS Web site. Each employee is required to complete the following three mandatory acknowledgement forms found in Section 13 of the handbook:

13 - 2 Staff Time Schedules Policy & Acknowledgement
13 - 3 Employee Handbook Acknowledgement
Employees should complete these acknowledgments by November 5, 2021.
